The Centre’s Library was established in the year 2007. It has a collection of books related to social sciences in general and social exclusion in particular. The Centre has more than 2230 books in its racks and subscribes more than 10 Academic Journals/Magazines in English, Urdu and Telugu. The library is regularly visited by the research scholars and faculty of different academic and research Institutes, Universities and NGOs.

All sections of the ACSSEIP Library are computerized and the documents can be searched on OPAC (Online Public Access Catalogue) within the library following URL Address http://10.4.4.4:8080/mewgenlibctxt/. The readers who want to access from outside the MANUU, they will search by online Public Access Catalogue by using www.manuu.ac.in; the link is ACSSEIP ONLINE LIBRARY. Along with printed journals, ACSSEIP also subscribes two journals online, which can be accessed at the following website Address http://online.sagepub.com/. The ACSSEIP has achieved a commendable recognition in the University for Automation with newgenlib library software which is a web-based on Unicode, by which documents and data can be entered and accessed in Urdu, Arabic, Hindi and all regional languages. The whole work of automation was developed by the team of Mr. M.A. Khayyum Baba (Professional Assistant-Central Library) and Mr. Mustafa Ali (Library Attendant).
