The Library of HRDC has good number of reference books periodicals, Journals, Magazines etc pertaining to higher education, educational skills and other areas. Besides, news papers, videos on higher education, study materials, seminar reports, lesson plans, group discussion handouts and study trip reports submitted by the participants. It is also connected to the Central Library of MANUU to use varieties of Web Resources available.
