MHRD/UGC PORTALS : ONLINE SUBMISSION OF INFORMATION |

The Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Govt. of India and University Grants Commission, New Delhi has developed a portals and seeking information through online. Mr. Abrar Ahmad, Assistant Registrar is the Nodal Officer of the University for coordinating and collection of data of the University and its colleges and uploading the information on the following government portals.
- All India Survey on Higher Education Survey (AISHE).
- University Activity Monitoring Portal of UGC
- Central University Portal of UGC
1) All India Survey on Higher Education (AISHE)
Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) initiated an All India Survey on Higher Education (AISHE) in the year 2010-11 with reference date of 30th September, 2010 to build a robust database and to assess the correct picture of higher Education in the country. A website www.aishe.gov.in has been created to assist in the task of registering all universities and the colleges/institutions and for uploading the data on several aspects of higher education.
The University Grants Commission letter D.O. F.1-2/2010 (Inf. & Stat), dated 23rd June 2011 has informed that an All India Survey on Higher Education being conducted by the Ministry of Human Resource Development to prepare reliable and comprehensive data bases on Higher Education Statistics. The first portal based survey was conducted for the year 2010-11. The Ministry of Human Resource Development is conducting the All India Survey on Higher Education (AISHE) annually to collect the data directly from institutions of higher education through a dedicated portal (http://aishe.gov.in) and developed online Data Capture Formats (DCF-I & DCF-II and TIF).
The University is uploading the data annually on the Portal since 2010-11. The AISHE code of the University and its constituent colleges are as follows:

Swachh Campus’ Ranking of Higher Educational Institutions – uploading the information on AISHE portal:
To create a spirit of healthy competition among Higher Educational Institutes for promoting complete hygiene and cleanliness the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India has decided to give Swachhta Ranking to Higher Educational Institutions on the following parameters:
- Swachhta within the Campus (90% weightage)
- Swachhta activities taken up outside campus (10% weightage)
The information as per online prescribed format of the University under ASHE for Institutional Swachhta Ranking is uploading since 2017 on the portal www.aishe.gov.in.
2)University Activity Monitoring Portal of UGC
The University Grants Commission has developed online University Activity Monitoring portal
(https://www.ugc.ac.in/uamp) in the year 2018. The University Activity Monitoring Portal of UGC serves as a one point stop for events/activities undertaken by Higher Education Institutions from time to time. This portal is facilitate universities to upload details of various events /activities undertaken by the University on the portal (https://www.ugc.ac.in/uamp/).
The Nodal Officer is collecting the information of various events/activities conducted in the University, action taken report and other required data to be uploaded on the portal from time to time.

3)Central University Portal of UGC
The University Grants Commission has developed an integrated portal (www.ugc.ac.in/cup) for focused planning, financing and coordinated development of Central University in the year 2017. The objective of the portal is to facilitate real time sharing of information, with an aim of ultimately moving towards paperless transactions between CUs, UGC and MHRD.
There are various forms related to teaching/non-teaching/student strength, expenditure details etc. are uploading/updating on regular basis through online on the CU portal of UGC.
